AJM achieved this accreditation in May 2005 and to this present day we are still members.

National Federation of Builders
AJM had to satisfy what the NFB believes to be the most stringent entrance criteria for any building trade association. We provided references from accountants, previous clients, suppliers and professionals such as architects and surveyors. All of our references were followed up to see if they were satisfactory. We were then put before a panel of existing members, who were local to the area, for an assessment. Only then if the panel was satisfied with the our technical competence, health and safety standards and financial probity were we admitted as a member. All member companies must be VAT registered (if applicable) and CITB registered. AJM achieved this accreditation in May 2005 and to this present day we are still members.

AJM's premises have been thoroughly checked by their health and safety experts, and given practical advice on how to prevent any accidents happening and highlighted any danger areas that needed attention. Peninsula then set in place a general policy on health and safety that incorporates line management and employee responsibilities along with emergency procedures. We were given documents that included forms necessary to record risk assessments, training and maintenance. AJM has been employing Peninsula since January 2004 and we still use them to this day.
