AJM has more than 20 experience in the building trade. Managed and run by  Andrew Martin who came from a Quantity Surveying background, and the company has grown from strength to strength ever since. We pride ourselves on being a stable and reputable Company that blends modern methods and technology with old-fashioned principles of honesty, integrity and quality.

The Company employs well qualified management staff and quality site staff from all trades and has an equal opportunities policy which it adheres to in every respect.

Health & Safety is an important issue within the Company and it employs a Health & Safety Officer who carries out regular site visits and produces health & safety plans and risk assessments on each site.  The health and safety record of the company is exemplary and has not had a serious accident on any of its sites in the company's history.
